WHAT? WHERE? WHEN?

The Grand Tasting Hall will take place at the PNE Forum, 2901 E. Hastings. The doors will open at 6PM (best time to arrive). The last token will be sold at 9:45PM, which is also when the last person would be able to use their ticket to get in. The last pour will take place at 10:00PM.

WHAT WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE TASTING HALL?

This roster of products this year is incredible. Take a look at the site map to visit the booths that seem most exciting to you and your party.

HOW MUCH ARE SAMPLES?

Most beverage samples are 2-3 tokens, with some premium products requiring more. Food is available for purchase using credit/debit.

WHERE DO I GET TOKENS?

We strongly (x1000) advise you pre-purchase your tokens ahead of time. This will save you massive amounts of time to collect your tokens.

Otherwise, you can purchase your tokens inside the hall. They are sold in increments of 5, if using credit card or 20, if using cash. They are $1/ea plus GST, PLT and if using a card, a small convenience fee.

IS THERE FOOD?

Oh, heck yes. There is so much delicious food. The move is to come hungry, eat, then have some samples, then eat some more then have more samples. Rinse and repeat. Food is only available for purchase using credit/debit..

IS THERE WATER?

There will be bottled water available for purchase.

WHERE IS THE ENTRANCE TO GET INTO THE GRAND TASTING HALL?

Please use the South doors, closest to/facing Hastings St.

IF I LIKE SOMETHING THAT I SAMPLE, CAN I BUY IT?

Yes, if it is available at our onsite liquor store “Everything Wine”. They are an incredible organization with the most informative staff and roster of bottles. Make sure to swing by their store at the Grand Tasting Hall. Take a count of all of what you love and then purchase it on the way out of the venue.

WHAT TIME CAN I ARRIVE?

Doors will officially open at 6PM.

PARKING

DO NOT DRIVE TO THIS EVENT. But, if you are a DD, please use Gate 6 to park. Please use public transportation, ride-share, walking, etc. to get here.
